Hello this picture just provides limited information because it only shows labial (front) surface of teeth. For complete evaluation it is necessary to check the teeth from all surfaces to rule out if there is some ongoing caries that require timely intervention as early caries do not have any symptoms. You need to get clinical evaluation for having full awareness if that is your concern rn

It's fluorosis. Veneers is the only treatment. If you are satisfied, then no need of treatment.
