2 days ago , I was eating Guava and then aik beej boht zor sa mun ma aya it feels like Mara dant toot gaya ho jasay. Lakin phir 2 days tak mai nay jaab jaab roti khaii ya chew kia I feel pain.
Today during teeth brush I saw a tiny particle, then I examined my teeth and get to know that there was a little upper layer breakout .
Lakin aj breakout k baad pain sahi b khaii ja rahi ha. But I am avoiding to chew from that side. Now I am afraid k Kya hogaya ha. Plz mja detail ma guide Karain Or agr filling honi ha to Kya yai permanent solution hoga ? Ya time by time karwani hoti ha
it's traumatic bite kindly take the painkiller I prescribed and after a few days do xray of this tooth so that we can see whether the piece fracture has gone deep or not

No filling is done time if done correctly. Go for laser composite filling whuch would match your tooth colour. There are rare chances filling might fall out but un cases of large cavities only

Wa ailaikum asalam, give this tooth at least a week to heal, if the pain doesn't go away, visit your nearest dentist. if tooth is indeed fractured, xray will tell if the tooth can be saved via a filling or a root canal.
to answer your question, yes fillings are a permanent solution.

Sorry for again asking. As I am confused bcuz jaab b koi filling karwa lata ha to phir aik time baad filling loose hojati ha And again karwani parti ha. And then aik time aata ha teeth bilkul decayed hojatya ha.

Remember few things when going for filling.
They are not an exact copy of tooth material we are born with. They are artificial material to replace tooth so you can benefit with it either for function or esthetic.
Patients require regular follow up every 3 months to 6 months if your filling or RCT require revisions and hygiene as well.
Ask your dentist to demonstrate proper way of brushing and flossing and you will be all good to go.

Your tooth has undergone a trauma state... pain could be due to trauma... wait for atleast 1 week... let it heal... avoid eating from this side... take soft diet... lukewarm saltwater rinses 2 to 3 times daily.... apply enziclor gel around the teeth ( on the gums)... after 1 week visit your dentist... if there is no pain... go for filling.... if the pain persists it could be a case of tooth fracture.... depending upon the type fracture further decisions will be made...

Assalamoalaikum, i have seen your complaint. Koi b preshani ki baat nhi hai. Simple class 2 cavity hai. Just filling krwayen, permanent solution hai. But filling achy se krwayen. I would prefer k aap composite filling krwayen jo hamesha k liye ho.

Kya Asa possible ha k mai filling na karwaou and just hard items chew karnay ma aehtiyat karu? . As m unmarried and it will create further societical issues for me. and according to my mother filling aik time baad losse hojaty ha and dobara karwani parti ha. And a time comes jaab teeth bilkul decayed hojata ha.
