I have pale teeth but another issue is there are some spots appearing on my teeth at left side but now on front tooth also it is spreading ..what are these how can I remove them and what care n diet should be taken.

U should have mentioned about colour of spots...kindly consult dentist so that he can evaluate the problem nd give u best treatment
