Assalam o Alaikum . Asking for my Nephew. He is almost 8 years old . His Milk teeth broke almost 5 to 6 month ago but still he has no new teeth. Kindly guide me whats the reason and if possible then plz recommend any medicine for him.

A dental OPG X ray should be taken and you should take consultation from a nearby dentist.
wsalam. dont take any medicine . thiis is mix dentition period .lateral incisor tooth erupts b/w 7 to 9 yrs. thanks
wsa....no need for medicine just keep the good oral hygiene and wait for few months if they doesnt erupt get an opg or x-ray done
Wa alaikum uss salam. There's no medication for treatment of delayed eruption. The patient needs an digital xray to find out the reason and may require removal of thick gum tissue which may not letting the permanent teeth to erupt. Contact MARHAM for appointment. Regards

Dear patient I have read your complain. The teeth you are concerned about are called lateral incisors and the permanent ones erupt at the age of around 8-9 years. So there is nothing to worry about.
