no there aren't any. Zirconium crown is very natural looking more like real teeth while porcelain Crown are good too depends how much a pt can afford ?
Zirconia is considered best, depends if it's front teeth or back. Also underlying teeth conditions matter so there are multiple factors. Share a picture where you want to have crown fixed and a clear picture of your teeth to check the over all hygiene status.

Dear patient,There are no side effects of crown as such . But whenever you have more restorations in your mouth you need to maintain good oral hygiene . That would help the crowns last longer without damaging the tooth underneath. Secondly zirconium is the best material available when considered aesthetics and strength. But complete assessment is required for better prognosis.

Well it depends upon why do u want a crown. If your tooth recently had RCT done then yes its recommended that you do crown of that specific tooth. Regarding the type of crown each material has its benefits and drawbacks. We have to keep your occlusion under consideration while deciding for a crown and for that a clinical examination is necessary.
No sode effects as long as crowns are made properly. but cleaning and maintenance is v important.
as for zirconium or normal crown it depends upon your Budget, tooth to be covered and looks etc.
No side effects if done properly,
