Sab se pehle tu apko apne Daanton ki safai ( Scaling ) karwane ki zarorat hai .yr teeth ka weak hona black hona is bt Ki indication hai k apk daant or masoron ki halaat bht kharab hai . ab bt karne hai apk right or left side pe cut lagne k . most probably chances hai apk cheeks ka kch part apki bite mei khana khate time ajata hai jis ki waja se cut lag rha hai .is k elawa reason hygiene maintain na hona b ho skta hai . ap chahe tu mjhe video consult karwa lein mei apko online video consultation mei dekh k bta skti ya phir visit kar lein Jo b apk lye possible ho .
