go for OPG xray, to see at what part of the tooth is affected by cavity then plan the treatment accordingly.
Please visit nearest dentist. They may advise radiograph and evaluate the extent of problem.
it is yet to be established if its a permanent molar or milk tooth. management would be according to that. please visit dentist and get an examination done.
