looks like your problem might be the wisdom tooth. However, clinical exam is important for definitive diagnosis. meanwhile you can take pain killers but visit dentist for further treatment.

Pain may be due to wisdom tooth but proper clinical examination required for proper diagnosis
Take nuberol forte three times daily
Do warm saline water rinses twice daily
For proper diagnosis visit dentist.
X-ray not attached. Take tablet synflex 550mg and give warm massage to affected face side. Visit dentist
you have impacted 3rd molar on lower right side that's yhe culprit. get it removed.
for now take tab synflex 550mg sbha sham for pain
and danzen d.s for swelling.
with saline rinses thrice a day.
