which painkiller a person should take to tackle thy the dental pain.. girl is breastfeeding.. synflex sy farq ni prh rha.. tooth is highly sensitive
Please get the tooth treated from a dentist. Most of the painkillers affect the lactation so it's better to get the tooth treated itself
sometimes toothache don't respond to painkillers so you have to get thorough checkup done before proceeding to any other drug!
If not being relieved by Synflex.. probably u need to consult clinically. Tooth might need Filling/RCT/extraction. Final decision will be made after seeing clinically. And its better to avoid taking so much painkillers as ultimately they are released from breast milk. Meanwhile you can take Tab. Ansaid 100 mg upto maximum of three tablets a day
Technically sensitive teeth need conservative or endodontic procedures. Painkillers can provide momentary relief.. Better use combination drugs rather than increasing the dose.. I'd prescribe Tab. Voren SR plus tab. Panadol extra.. Pls post xray of the affected tooth.
Have she tried sensodyne? And mouth wash?
And get an xray done for that tooth
You can try taking panadol 500mg two at once but if the pain doesn’t subside then please get a checkup done
Aoa. u can take panadol extra(1) or Simple panadol (2tabs)..
u can also go for Tab. femidol+ (1tab morning n evening)..
also rinse with salted warm water twice daily.. n use Sense -T toothpaste..
kindly visit a dentist to rule out tge cause of sensitivty. taking medication for long time is not good. we must have to eradicate the cause of sensitivity..
No need of Medicine agar Synflex sa farq nai parh raha book appointment through Marham for proper diagnosis May be its lead to extraction or RCT
