Get your self clinically evaluated first,
doctor will prescribe medicines if necessary, don't take it before that. Antibiotics have specific time frame, using it before the treatment starts will not actually treat the problem.
About session each tooth is different and treated differently, might take one session to 3 sessions.

no you dont need to take medicine before hand. root canal treatment will start on the first session and you'll start the medicine on that day.

if you are using mouthwash, keep using it specifically RCT se pehlay start karnay ki zaroorat ni hay, about antibiotics no need to start before the treatment, get your xray done and go for RCT.

Walikmasalam better go for RCT . agar dard hay to dewaii lain. Baki root canal ki session ki baad dekhain pain hay to phir lain wesay RCT ki baad pain ahesta ahesta khatum ho jata hay better take advice from your dentist
