You should wait for about 5-6 weeks .Why were teeth grinder? .Is he planning to give you a bridge? Please share x ray or intraoral picture.
After healing u can plan for new (artificial, fixed, or bridge) teeth. Time duration 4 to 6 weeks for complete healing. Thanx
