AoA I'm problems in my teeth I've tooth inside tooth as you can see in the attached pic. My one tooth got blast in some way and then other tooth came. It's on both sides of the mouth. Can you resolve the issue?

One is your permanent tooth other is left over of milk tooth. Go to the dentist for extraction
don't worry I think your children teeth have shed now .just do an opg x-ray and visit ur nearby dental hospital.
Walaikumassalam.. Yes we can resolve this issue. You need to get your baby tooth extracted. Baby teeth usually shed off naturally but sometimes they don’t. So when the permanent tooth comes, we should get the baby tooth extracted so that permanent tooth comes at the right place.
