Assalam o alaikum. I am facing an issue of jaw lock. It's very painful. I can't open my mouth more then a finger. Unable to eat. Just on small and soft food. Basically I have cavity in my wisdom tooth and may be because of it occured. Ease guide me what to do?

since when you are having this problem? Before, you were able to open your mouth fully? If the problem is due to pain in wisdom tooth, better get it removed.
get you xray OPG done and get yourself checked up as to evaluate whether the limited mouth opening is vecause of wisdom infection or there could be some joint problem or mucosal disease
Get your opg done and visit nearest dentist
it could be either due to infection/pain in wisdom or issue in jaw. for them both you need OPG (xray) from which your dentist will evaluate your condition better.
Lock jaw can occur because of wisdom tooth. In my experience most lock jaws happens because of bad bite which causes muscular spam as well. Diagnosis should be made on what the actual cause is
