go straight away to a dental surgeon and get proper treatment
gum pain and swelling is due to gingivits(it is inflammation of gingiva) treatment of gingivits is scaling and root planning.proper toothbrushing and use bennet toothpaste and niflam mouthwash.
tooth pain and sensitivity to sweet is due to carious lesion in that tooth so proper examination of the tooth is necessary so thay filling will be done.

First of all visit the nearest dental clinic and have a proper check up. This problem should not be left alone. If it is left on painkillers, the teeth would go to waste.
proper check up with x-ray should be done immediately.
the way you described it . the tooth needs Rct and scaling.
