Cleft lip patient of 34 years old.This teeth is turning black now.What are possible solutions to make look better now. Q1: if we implant new teeth it is possible to do it without bone graft? Q2: if No then how long this whole process will take place..bone graft and new teeth implant? Q3:If yes, then please tell other possible options.
