Assalamualaikum.
There are multiple reasons for the swelling.
Floss your teeth daily before going to bed and get it examined by your dentist.
Aoa. The reason for gum swelling around crowns may be food impaction
between crowns and adjacent teeth or crowns may be irritating the gums.
It'll be confirmed after clinical examination. Get an appointment by

Get your crown replaced as it is damaging your Dental health .... it might cause permanent damage to your tooth ... so consult a proper dental surgeon..
There are two causes possibly
1 u need scaling and root treatment
2 you have ill fitting crown
U need to visit me at clinic so i can better evaluate and manage accordingly
