at the age of sixty,cheek biting is due to sharp edges of teeth, missing few permanent teeth, bulky cheeks and stress anxiety issues.no need to get worries . all underlying causes should be removed if any of these you have. This lesion will heal up soon by topical application of oral gel.

lf this white lesion is really a cheek bite then its not at all dangerous. it usually happens due to sharp pointed cusp of your teeth ie is sharp edge of your chewing surface. But you need to get it check by dentist for further evaluation if its reoccurring again and again.
