Well Sir, go for Ultrasonic Scaling (cleaning of teeth and gums) and polishing of teeth first. If it is effective in your case, maintain only proper brushing at least twice daily onwards. And if not, then go for proper Teeth Whitening procedures like laser teeth whitening/bleaching and polishing.
