kindly consult a dentist n u might need an opg (xray) for evaluation of permanent teeth
may b there root of those broken teeth are still there which neend to take out so kindly visit the dentist detail examination and xray is required for evaluation
consult your nearby Orthodontist for thorough examination.
sometime the upper anterior teeth erupts at age of 8-9years. get his opg(xray) and show it to dentist

lower front teeth will erupt at the age of 6 to 7 years and upper front teeth will erupt at age of 7 to 8 years ... Ask your child to take solid food like apple n pear from front teeth
