Asking For Other, Female 5, Lahore
My daughter is 5. She is getting 2 extra teeth in front (to the back of original teeth). We were concerned and talked to a Dentist. He told that we should remove the front teeth by force and the back teeths will be adjusted to the place automatically. What should we do?
Also there is a cavity in both sides of teeth. He told us not to worry. It will be settled once the new teeth come.
Need a second opinion on both issues.

asslamualaikum, you should extract the front teeth to adjust properly in jaw. and treatment for teeth having cavity need to fill on time or pulpectomy would be done

all 4 teeth of the front will appear like this..it's normal but condition of the jaw is telling us that she will require orthodontic treatment in future after 11 years of her life. her jaw size looks shorter than the space required for teeth.
Dint go for firmed removal or extraction in this age. Ask her to bite and eat apple, pear or any hard food and by bitting on such fruits will move the front baby teeth.
regarding cavities she might need treatment if she has pain.
the front two milk teeth should be extracted right away, as soon as the space is clear the teeth in back will be pushed by tongue their original location, and the cavities in the back must be filled or it will lead to pain and then treatment would not be a simple filling
these are permanent teeth ..not extra...you need to extract the deciduous ones..instantly otherwise teeth alignment nai hogi sahi...it wouldnt be perfect either but better hogain
These are the Permanent Ones Erupting behind..You suppose To get The milky teeth Extracted .. The Permanent ones will eventually be aligned and spaces would be occupied by the succeeding Permanent teeth that would be erupting with age .. do ask Your child to wiggle the Decidous Ones herself for three to four days or yourself use a soft string around the tooth to get it wiggle ..give apple or such foods to eat from Front Teeth..if doesn't come out the get them extracted and do counsel you child for it first

Please don't get her teeth extracted. Milky teeth will fall off on their own if you give her hard foods like green apples every day. Extractions will only make the dental experience painful and traumatic for her. You should be more concerned about the cavities in her back teeth as they will cause pain sooner or later and if she already had traumatic experience at the dentist, she will not be cooperative in getting those treated.
