Ma na recently first molar ma composite filling krwai ha, lakin filling k baad 1st or 2nd molar k darmyam kahna phsta ha or gums ma thori inflammation or sensation b hoti ha, Or mujay lagta ha thori filling b down.... Kya molars k darmyan gap fill ho sakta ha.... Here is the x-ray I have, please guide

Filling seems okay but clinically daikhna paray ga.
Best is to visit your dentist again and tell the dentist about your complaint. He/she will smoothen it out for you.
contact point of teeth is not properly build .islye Khana phans Raha thori si aur filling ho g and also use floss .
visit the relevant dentist from where u got that filling he will definitely resolve the problem

gap doesn't need to be filled these are embrasures self cleanisble areas but filling can be repeated to make proper contours so that food can easily go in and out and not hurt the gums or stuck there
