Talk to Dentist on Gum Diseases,receding Gum, Bad Breath
Asking for Self, Male, 29 years old, Karachi
I had done scaling last year. After this dentist recommends me hi-salz toothpaste and enziclore mouth wash.. It's almost a year now I'm using these 2 products continuously. Sometimes gum bleeds during brush, Sometimes gum swelling problem.. After using mouth wash .. mou dry hojata hai and throat bhi and bad breath bhi aati hai. Should I change my mouth wash or it's a normal thing? Gum receding ka bhi issue ho raha hai..I was using medium tooth brush before. now I'm using soft toothbrush for 2 months.. but phir bhi gum receding issue hai.. Bad breath ka bhi issue hai... what should I do now? Pictures attached.

its a procedure in which the gums is placed anteriorly to your teeth

Use revomet plus Gel twice a day......

Swollen shining gums (due to loss of stippling) tilting and drifting of teeth interdental bone loss ,gum bleeding, gum recession,tartar and bad breath all signs of classic Periodontitis.
you need to
1)Stop taking all these two products immediately which you are using over a year.(who told you to use these products over such a long period of time)
2)Visit your nearest Dentist so that he can assess the extent of your gum problems as from the pics, back surfaces of your teeth not visible.
3)I think Dentist will do Scaling and deep curettage.
In sha Allah you will recover very quickly.

Enziclor mouthwash contain chlorhexidine.
Long term use of chlorhexidine may causes
1) change in taste
2) increase in tartar, which I am seeing in between your teeth
3) teeth staining ,seeing in your upper teeth.....your left central incisor is more darker.... I think may be due to trauma.. Need to check his vitality
4)mouth and tongue irritation,....and as you said dryness in your mouth.
*use any ordinary tooth paste with soft brush
*Apply Revomet gel.....3-4 times /day
On your gums( only for 5-7 days)
*Visit to your nearest Dentist as soon as possible for complete assessment.
