we need to evaluate clinically and an OPG xray is advised too. without xray
and clinical evaluation cant suggest any diagnosis. use warm saline rinses
and visit us @ WESTERN DENTAL HOSPITAL KARACHI BETWEEN 2PM TO 6PM IN RAMZAN
AND 5PM TO 9PM AFTER RAMZAN
