a.a doctor I have yellowish teeth from childhood inspite daily brushing due 2 harsh brushing teeth sore from gum line r bleed sometimes before 8 month ago I have done scaling r polish
get your scaling done after every 6 months.to lighten up your teeth, get laser whitening done.
Use a mouthwash thrice a day after every meal for a week and then inform if there’s any change in the redness and bleeding and floss everyday. Use a soft bristle brush and don’t brush using extreme force. Circular motions in the sides and up and down for your front teeth. If you want the yellowish gone then you can come in for bleaching

ws. zayada zor se brush krnay se apkay daant saaf naho hogy balkay apky gums kharab ho jain gay. U can go for teeth whitenibg to get rid of this yellow color..
Kindly also ronse with salted warm water twice or thrice a day for 1 week..
