My gums are receding from teeth. However i went to a dentist in pishin. Took tablet recommended by him. Didn't get recovery. It has again started receding.

Gum recession can be due to a number of factors which needs to be investigated clinically. You are young better get it checked as soon as possible to prevent negative sequelae. Aoa. First we should find out the reasons for gum recession. Use soft brush with gentle strokes or movements. Avoid aggressive brushing. Visit dentist for root planning or some other appropriate measures taken by the dentist.
