it needs RCt and buildup(filling)
no crown till age of 16,after age of 16 crown is advised.

Get the tooth clinically examined,seems like nerve is not directly exposed,if thats the case then RCT can be avoided and only build up can be done in a single visit.

Get a appointment from dentist.. This root would most likely need root canal treatment. And further evaluation of the remaining teeth.
