Medicines can only give you temporary relief.. It should be properly treated either RCT or extraction of the tooth.. Search for a good endodontist in your area and must visit

walaikum u salaam wrwb , there can be many causes of pain bcz it links wd headache too. As either you have any carious tooth on that side or might be any impacted tooth... impacted tooth means you last tooth (wisdom tooth) . WAA. I advise you to visit your nearest dentist as soon as possible. You need a thorough examination. For pain you can take paracetamol or any other over the counter painkiller until you go in to see your dentist. Thank you.

Does it aggravate with light or noise ? Any h/o vomiting during pain or u feel like this ?
