Please help me out 12 days back i was having sever pain in my neck no dr could diagnose the actual problem I went to many drs Some said its due to the hair treatment that i took months back Some are saying its because of dental problem i am also having pain in my teeth par itna nai hai Some are saying its due to the infection please suggest Basically lymph nodes hogaye haii maine ultrasound bhi karwaya hai i will attach the reports or maine dsre bhi test karwaye hai mai augmentan kha chuki ho Please suggest actuall problem hai kiya mai kis dr ko dikhaoo kis specialist ko dikhaoo please help because pain buhat severe hai is it dangerous or something

get your oral examination and xray done periapical infection of lower molars can cause pain in neck and swollend lymph nodes
pls visit your nearby maxillofacial surgeon as well as ENT specialist

I went to agha khan they said surgery hogi and phr biopsy karenge
(1) kis speciality kay doctor nay kaha keh surgery ho gi?
(2) aur kis tissue ki surgery ho gi? (kahan ki surgery ho gi...?-body kay kis part ki...?)
(3) biopsy kis tissue ki kareyn gae? (kahan say biopsy tissue leyn gae...?-body kay kis part ki biopsy ley kar pathological examination kay liye pathological laboratory bhejeyn gae...?

...jo aap Tests(investigations) karwa rahi hain
(1) woh kisi speciality kay doctor kay kehnay par kar waeyn
(2) tests khud say nahin karwaen
(3) kis kis speciality(shobay) kay doctors kay paas gai hain?

Kindly visit ENT doctor if u have infection in left ear or have a history of ear infection and visit dentist also for proper check up and diagnosis as your lower wisdom tooth might be infected or causing repeated infection of chronic nature or do u have chronic sinus issue
I won't advice surgery immediately unless these 2 common reasons are ruled out.
