Can you post the picture of mouth ? That would be more helpful. Book an appointment and get proper treatment.
It’s fungal infection ..... clean the mouth often especially after giving milk .... use nystatin drops to be spread in mouth three times a day.... see the results in 3 days ... if u can take pic of mouth probably might help more
