AOA Dr sb thank you for reply, she is saying that for the last one year, she has often been infected with it. She used Daktarin cream, Esso 40mg, Augmentin and some other homemades but didn't cure it. It is very painful. It gets well by itself but comes out after some time again.

Assalam u Alaikum
it's not a normal lesion. go to any dental hospital in your city ,govt teaching hospital would be better . you ll find senior and better surgeons there as compare to private clinics . usually private clinics doesn't deal with these type of cases .. you need to visit a maxillofacial surgeon or oral pathologist ,you ll find both easily in any govt hospital .there is a separate department for these cases named " oral Medicine/oral surgery" . I highly recommend you to go govt dental hospital . majority private clinics are not treating these type of case.

But recently a Dr. told to her that this disease is called upperest ulcer and she advised to take these medications: Cap. Fungone 150mg, Tab. Kendex 100mg, Neurobion Injection, Daktarin cream. But you are advising her to consult a dentist.

It may be a fungal lesion as all the medicines and ointment are antifungal. I highly suggest , stop all these medications visit a Maxillofacial surgeon ,he ll guide you for biopsy . before knowing the actual problem ,using any medication is stupidity.m this should be first confirm what lesion is this. for which patient have to go for biopsy .. she should visit a maxillofacial surgeon .

it seems to me a traumatic ulcer, it won't heal unless the cause was removed effectively asonlymedicines will not be able to be of much help. you gotta consult some expert oral surgeon for proper evaluation and management.

Seems to be a traumatic ulcer because of cheek biting probably because of the crowns placed..
