- for intermittent intake subsequent washing mouth with water is advised
- Saline Gargles instead of mouthwash - pinch of salt in lukewarm water as many times a day - subjected to dexterity
- apply the habit of using dextrose sugar instead which is least sweet so there is less and slow plaque build-up and subsequent har calculus formation if oral hygeine measures are not taken and mouth not washed and cleaned as sugar is the food of plaque and calculus making microrganisms
- avoid junk snacks
- rule for intake of favourite food items - if you take small quantity in a go then fix alternate days and timings when you will eat such items only and in a small quantity on alternate days of a single week
- use tooth pastes that have fluoride
With these simple behavioural modifications your oral health and halitosis(bad breath) can be restored.

If mobility grade high then extraction is advised and subsequent rehabilitation with appropriate treatment
