she needs cleaning of her teeth with tooth brush and proper diet with calcium supplements.

plz upload any picture or visit nearby dentist.as this age is critical.some primary teeth are falling & new are coming.sometime kids don't brush regularly especially at night.or there may be cavities.get proper check up.
