Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Lahore
Hi doctor. Your reply would mean alot to me. Please guide me if possible. I had cavity in my last 2 lower molar teeth and got fillings 1 year back. After 6 month i started having sensitivity to cold water and pain. So my dentist said i need root canals in both of my teeth. I had them and put zirconia crowns but after my root canal and crown treatment still i am having pain specially when i get up early in the morning and when i try to chew in that side. I am really depressed pleqse guide me. I asked me dentist to check if their is any high point while doing root canal but he says my teeth are completely in line. I have pain in my most teeth and this pain gets better on brushing. I have grade 3 maloccusion and being a mouth breather I have mutiple cavities which I am trying to treat one by one.
do a digital opd and show it here .
what is nature of pain and how it starts for how much time?does it aggregate with hot or cold?

It would be best if you could visit our clinic in lahore
you need complete evaluation. Insufficient history and clinical evaluation can lead to wrong diagnosis
Dear Patient, mouth breathers have mostly dry mouth means even if saliva flow is okay but continuous air can cause saliva to dry out. Saliva is a life saver actually for our teeth and mouth because of its high pH and immunity in it. I will advise you to have yourself checked by an Orthodontist so your mouth breathing habit can be modified. meanwhile use Tooth mousse (GC tooth mousse) that have milk proteins in it so your sensitivity issue can be addressed and also have detailed check up by good Restorative dentist that is FCPS
it would be better if you can post open pic here.3 molar possibility can't be ignored
kindly post your teeth pictures.. it will be more easy to assess then.. otherwise you need to go to an orthodontist.. the braces specialist for the correction of Class 3 malocclusion..
Aoa ! Do you have any previous medical history ? or using any kind of medicine ?
