visit neaeby dentist or consult online . so that proper treatment to be started accordingly
Add salt in luke warm water to do saline rinses 2-3 times mouthwash enziclor or clinica for rinses apply clinica gel for soothning nd visit dental surgeon at earliest
Consult online or visit your dentist get yourself a check up so that you can be treated accordingly

Do lukewarm saline rinses.Toothbrush sensodyne is recomended and brush regularly and mouthwash enziclor is adviced. For pain in the wisdom tooth tablet synflex 550mg is adviced.if infection occurs in it than antibiotic is prescribed.For better evaluation visit dentist.

.... Do warm water gargles thrice a day , u can take some pain killer for relief.... For proper examination and diagnosis visit your nearby dentist
just put a pinch of salt in semi hot water ..gargle with this solution thrice daily..Do visit your nearby dentist if possible bcz in most of the cases they do harm the adjacent tooth due to lack of space ..
