I have been into diabetes for the last one year with latest HBA1C level was 8.5. Currently, I am suffering from mild teeth pain since yesterday while also contracted common cold symptoms with severe nasal congestion (that lasted for about good 72 hours) occured after taking antihistamine syrup.

You should go for proper check-up at a dental clinic. Until then, take steam and warm water gargles atleast once a day, for common cold symptoms. You'll feel better.
