Threre are three ways we are currently offering to Align teeth .
Metallic braces
Ceramic braces
Aligners .
It is decided after consultation with patient .
Your question is little bit confusing as you said that you want to get your teeth aligned and at the same time you are telling that you are having pain after braces .
Pain is expected as teeth are living tissues so when they move ..pain also occursx..it is controlled by pain killers
Second question is about teetg whitening so we are offering professional whitening (bleaching) as well as home whitening .
So this is decided on checkup what concentration of bleach is best suitable for patient .
