This Condition needs to be Consulted with Some Oral and Maxillofacial Specialist and treated accordingly . Most probably this Condition looks like as Geographic Tongue Condition .
bro use syp lysovit one spoon daily
use dakatrin oral gel thrice daily
use to for next 4 days and then do tell me
please consult a maxillo facial surgeon to rule out the cause and any associated symptoms

it looks like geographic tongue. cause is unknown. can precipitate during periods of psychological stress. it can disappear over time. treatment is symptomatic , includes using topical anesthetics, antihystamines and steriod gels for relief.
its a geograhic tongue but clinical evaluation is needeed
use folic acid twice a day
with mouthwash niflam
start using niflam mouthwash and kanalog gel twice a day. If it doesn't start to heal visit a maxillofacial sugeon.

in the mean time, increase your water intake, start folic acid tablet 2 times a day for 3wks,avoid taking citrus juice, coldrinks and hot spicy food.
keep your mouth clean and rinse with water mixed with some Glycerine
