yes go visit nearest dentist if its last longer then 2 weeks
dear it is not called pimple. for evaluation you need to visit your nearest dentist.

you need to visit a dentist as pictures cannot make it clear what kind of lesion is this ..
It might be an ulcer due to trauma, poor oral hygiene, or gastric issues. For better evaluation and management visit nearest dentist. Try not to touch it or bite it, it might worsen the ulceration.
