Hello,
It looks like caries due to using feeder for prolonged amount of time before sleeping. But it can be other things too. Please attach pictures for better answer.

Nursing bottle caries is the cause.... actually prolonged feeding from feeders especially in night is the real problem...switch to sipper bottle and restored teeth with fillings

walikum asalam!
dear concerned mother,
it is because of the milk accumulation inside upper lip while drinking bottle milk
you can start taking your kid to the dentist so he can be comfortable fixing his tooth later on.
I can guide you more by looking at his teeth more accurately.

yes dear these are cavities starting in his teeth.
here is what you can do :
1.stop bottle feeding as early as possible.
2.dont give sugars in any of the liquids in the bottle.
3. brush at night is must
4. get varnish treatment from time to time so this doesn't progress

kindly book an online consult so I can guide you proper brushing technique in children.
or visit if it's feasible for you.

May Allah help you in this.

c avoid stick food like chocolate biscuits
d prefer hard solid foods
2 brushing with flouride toothpaste.
3 silver diamine flouride and flouride varnish application after every three month .

the child is at this age usually don't cooperate with surgical treatment like tooth filling .purple is to implement all medical option and stop disease .Once child is cooperative then we can do filling etc to manage function and cosmatic
