Hello attached is the report and they suggested to me root canal can you please guide me in this regard.

you can go with the main complain of pain in certain tooth and than continue with other teeth.

Go get a life man, aap jesy logon k liye Qasaee ka word use hua otherwise Doctors are Maseehas, jin ki examples 2 Dentist hain jinhon nn apny qeemti wqt mn sy wqt nikal k jawab diya mere msly ka.
As far as your objection is concerned.bSo when I done with all the procedure they just wrap up things as they were about to close the patient's timing for the day. And as Dr suggested to me RCT for 3 of my teeth and extraction of 1 tooth so I was pretty concerned in that regard so I thought it's better to utilize this forum by asking from the experts in the business (expect your type of people). It's better to stay quiet if you can't add any positive response.

yes, on this side, you need rct for two teeth, no. 5 and 6.

Treatment planning is correct, now its totally upto you , the tooth bothering you the most, get its treatment done first then leading towards the next✅. Don't wait further otherwise it may lead you to chronic stage of extractions of teeth.
Get your rct done of 5 and 6…show your x ray to the performing doctor he’ll identify which is 5 and which is 6…secondly its better to get 8 extracted because it is bothering 7 which will lead rct of 7 too…
Btw better to tell your doctor to percuss 7 also, if it hurts like other carious teeth let him do the rct of 7 too right away

yes Root canal is indicated in 2nd promolar
You need 2 RCTs on lower left side (1st molar and 2nd premolar), and one on lower right side (2nd molar).
Pain on left and right side both? Both of the above X-rays shows need of rcts
Okay then you need root canals treatment in 3 different teeth 2 on one side and one on other side
yes on left side there are two tooth (2nd premolar and 1st molar) for rct as carious lesion extend to root thats why root canal treatment is necessary.
on right side there is one tooth for root canal (2nd molar) and the last tooth that is wisdom tooth that is nedeed for extraction.
yes root canal treatment plus crown then your tooth will be safe and you will be pain free ?
Yes you do need root canal treatment along with crown.
Yes you need to go for root canal treatment in 2 teeth 2nd premolar and 1st molar in 1st xray ,while in 2nd xray there also need of Rct in 2nd molar and advise of extraction of 3rd molar
They suggested the right thing.. You are diabetic and hypertensive.. Keeping bacteria in your mouth is a big health hazard. Get your prescribed treatments done.
Root canal is a procedure in which the canal (living tissue responsible for pain and infection spread to adjacent teth and tissues undneath) is taken out and then this canal is cleaned and prepared for filling.. The advantage is that you can have your original tooth (though dead now) in your mouth.. To strengthen it you would also need crown (capping) for a lasting efficacy
And for future better schedule 6 monthly appointments with your dentist in order to avoid this carious situation from happening.. Because you are prone to developing infection and delayed healing.. Hope this clears your concern
Also an extraction of impacted tooth is advised which is most likely infected too.. So get that done as well.. Thank you
