Take painkiller ideally panadol 2 tablets 6 hourly, Panadol is considered safe drug provided no detailed history is mentioned. Do warm salt water rinses 5-6x/day, if the pain aggravates at night try sleeping on 2 pillows (raises position), brush properly and use anti inflammatory mouthwash. warm saline gargles/Mouthwash
Try mouthwash and keep it clean. I cannot prescribe any antibiotics until i have seen the tooth. U can take any painkiller for the pain. Get it checked asap after eid.
take ponstan or ponstan forte which ever is available. avoid sweets and brush after every meal and get it checked as soon after eid
