Assalamualaikum... My problem is I'm suffering from too much pain in my mouth and teeth from last sehri there's too much pain in my mouth even i can't eat anything and now I'm feeling fever too. Because of this pain my right ear and my neck is also aching I'm attaching some pictures too kindly anyone tell me what's this and any tablet?

Thank you so much you told me about scaling of teeth and i didn't know before about it and yes it's necessary thank you so much again doctor. And can you tell me what should i do for release this pain and swelling? Even i can't sleep because of this pain ???? I went on dentist clinic she said I'll remove you moral but you should decrease your swelling first and she gave me Augmentin 625 and a pain killer

take augmentin plus flagyl 400mg twice daily for 5 days

you can get the tooth removed n continue ur antibiotic cource along with it
usually patient thinks tooth pieces are getting away but its actully calculus deposits or tartar in simple words
after tooth removal u can schedule ur scaling n polishing iA

No it was a piece of tooth i took it in my hand too and my front teeth broke from up side and i can feel it when i touch that side with my tongue. First time i can say it was a tartar but 2nd time i saw that may be it's because of calcium deficiency

If there is fever and swelling also.. Use pre op antibiotics and then get this wisdom tooth removed immediately after completing antibiotics dose

Dear Doctor I've also same situation or pain in my mouth like reesha in my Daarh i have also cavity problem too, Reesha kis cheez s prtha h ? I brush daily , root canal krwa lu isy yaaa nikal du daarh ko ? Thank you in advance
