my 7 years daughter has most of the times the problem of inflammation and puss in gums.she can't even eat or chew,they are pain ful and causing smell in mouth.what is the basic reason of this and what is the treatment suggested?
most likely it could be due to some carious tooth causing repeated infection or some periodontal problem. must visit a nearby authentic doctor to rule out the main cause and treat it accordingly

her teeth might be infected .do an orthopantomogram x Ray and show it to me.
The actual cause can better be assessed on clinical examination. it might be gum infection which will need scaling or an infected tooth which will need further treatment accordingly.
