my 7 years daughter has most of the times the problem of inflammation and puss in gums.she can't even eat or chew,they are pain ful and causing smell in mouth.what is the basic reason of this and what is the treatment suggested?

most likely it could be due to some carious tooth causing repeated infection or some periodontal problem. must visit a nearby authentic doctor to rule out the main cause and treat it accordingly

she has dental caries in her teeths and it has progressed deeply in the tooth roots cause accumulation of pus in the area where tooth root ends(perical leasion/infection).After X ray pupotomy or pulpectony (Root canal therapy)of tooth is recommended followed by permanant filling

brushing should be done twice a day.avoid candies .make her do warma saline rinses and check with the paediatrician if she needs vitamin c , vitamin D and calcium supplements
