Assalamualaikum...kindly apply topical Anesthetic Gel (somogel) on the sore and do frequent saline rinsing along with Niflame mouthwash 5 to 6 times a day..And Take Tab ceflam 100mg for pain relief..if not gets better in 48hrs..do take a physical consultation as it mat aggravate to ulcer then.
