6 year old boy . Daily teeth brush krta hai . Candies waghera nahi khata . Raat me milk bhi nahi peeta . Phir b teeth per ye nishan hain .iski kya waja hosakti hai and kya solution hai iska please guide thankyou .

take your son to a dentist for a detailed check-up. your Dentist will do cleaning and polish of teeth. Do ask him to tell u about proper brushing technique and make sure to brush after every meal and especially before bedtime
