I had my back tooth extracted two days ago but now the swelling is not going away and there is an infection and there is a little pus in this place.

start Luke warm water gargles 5 times a day. take antibiotics if your dentist prescribed u. if not then ask your dentist to prescribe u any antibiotic.

extraction socket ko khud nahin wash kijiyey ga

take augmentin 625mg thrice a day and danzen ds 10mg twice a day for 3 days. meanwhile do warm salt water rinses and keep the extraction socket clean, dont let food get stuck because it will delay healing. dont be afraid to brush the socket as well.

you can take augmentin 625mg 1tablet morning and 1tablet evening for 3 days if you are not allergic to augmentin/amoxil. if you Don't have hypertension or high blood pressure problem you can do luke warm saline gargles 4 to 5 times a day you can use hot packs too for swelling reduction and muscle relaxation.

plus if your tooth has been extracted (completely) inflammation should have been resolved by now it's better to visit dentist for proper checkup before taking any type of medicine.

Most likely it's infection and inflammation that persists. if the source was that tooth already extracted, then it should settle with a simple analgesic . but if continues then the cause should be investigated.

if u r not allergic to amoxil take augmentin 625 mg one morning one night for 3 days. and synflex 550 mg once for 3 days
