A. O. A This requires a thorough examination of your mouth. You need to visit a qualified dentist to evaluate the cause and then treat properly.

It might settle down on its own but it could be some other issue. If you can’t access a dentist right away, please follow the following instructions. Do lukewarm saline rinses twice a day. Don’t brush vigorously and observe for 2 days . If continues you may have to visit a dentist for a checkup and maybe scaling.
you definitely need to consult a qualified dental practitioner for proper diagnosis and treatment. don't treat yourself on your own.

Please visit a nearby dentist asap
Its always best to do preventive salt water rinses, take an nsaid in the meanwhile and try to get it checked up to see if it can resolve on its own. Doctors can understand better and will not do a treatment where body will heal naturally
I would suggest you to visit a dentist for a proper evaluation and guidance.
Probably may be due to local irritating factors, do clinical checkup use mouth wash and maintain oral hygeine
Asa. gum swlelling usually occurs because of gum problems which may simply resolve after getting your teeth scaling done but in your case the hum swelling in the area you have mentioned may be because of your wisdom tooth. if your wisdom tooth is erupting (which usually erupts between 18 to 25 years) then it's very common to have inflamed gum associated with it. at times it resolves as the tooth erupts completely and at times it keeps on bothering you if the tooth doesn't have sufficient space of eruption.
in both cases I would suggest you to see a dentist who can have a detailed clinical and radiographic examination for proper diagnosis of your problem and then mat suggest proper treatment.
