Yes any cavity at the start can be reversed by filling only. It requires professional treatment and you must also get fluoride treatment (pit and fissue sealing) for other teeth to prevent the formation of other cavities.
Walaikum asalam if in case cavity develop hogai hai toh filling hi uski treatment hai baqi without treatment reverse nai hogi , however u can use flouride toothpaste to stop increasing cavity
