if u have decay in tooth u should visit dentist for treatment. pain and sensitivity to hot and sweet is indication of cavity which needs filling or rootcanal u may have some hidden caivities as well.however mild sensitivity to cold maybe due to plaque and tartar.see a dentist.

In my understanding according to your description of the problem you are having refferred pain due to caries in your molar. i need an Xray and see it clinically to give you a final diagnosis.most probably you need a filling or RCT or you should visit a qualified dentist for this.your second problem is sensitivity.most probably you need a cleaning procedure called scaling and polishing to reduce your sensitivity.use of Colgate pro Relief will help you a lot.apply the tooth paste on your teeth and leave it for 5 mins and then brush your teeth.
