There must b some underlying cause of bleeding.
I can b due to poor oral hygiene. Plaque and calculus in between teeth n gums.
I can b due to some drugs
Can b due to vit c defiiency.
Can b due any bleeding disorders.
For exact diagnosis n treatment u hv to visit dentist.
If u r otherwise healthy n not taking any kind of medication than most probable cause will b poor cleaning of gums n teeth for that u have to get ur teeth n gums cleaned.
It can be due to multiple reasons, but most common is plaque/calculus. Proper treatment plan can be given after looking at the case clinically or in picture. You must get your scaling done, and use soft toothbrush. Mouthwash can also help in this case
Bleeding can be a sign of Gum disease which may be due to multiple factors. The most commonly encountered is due to lack of oral hyegine leading to accumulation of deposits on teeth. You should consult a dentist near your area who can evaluate you properly and advice appropriate treatment. For now, try using a soft toothbrush and brush your teeth twice daily.
